I’m Casey – a holistic health coach, essential oils educator, and mindfulness teacher on a mission to help you simplify and detoxify your life so you have the space and energy to live your purpose.
Because we’re all here for a reason, you know? And we’ve gotta consciously design our life to ensure we’re able to show up and serve.
Before we dive into a bit more about me, I want to take a moment to express my deepest, heartfelt gratitude for the teachers, peers, and ancient wisdom traditions that have been, and still are, integral to my path of self-development and discovery.
Thank you for going first, thank you for your devotion, thank you for your hard work, thank you for speaking up, thank you for your resilience, thank you for your bravery, thank you for cultivating wisdom that can help the world heal, thank you for, well, everything. The fact that we all have the ability to learn from infinite years of human experience as we’re moving through life is truly awe-inspiring and deeply humbling. No words seem to do it justice, but nevertheless – thank you.

- that believing in others is the highest form of kindness.
- that every single person deserves to live a life of all-out joy.
I most definitely haven’t always had these beliefs – it took years of replaying my old, worn-out stories like broken records until I finally decided to make changes.
My subconscious mantras were things like: I’m not good enough, I don’t know enough, I’m uncomfortable in my body, other people determine my self-worth, work is just a means to an end, I’ll never be as successful/beautiful/smart as so-and-so, and the list goes on.
No joke, in college I told my best friend that if I wrote an autobiography it would be called, “A Series of Unfortunate Coincidences.” Now THAT’S a pretty solid glimpse into my old mindset. Completely victimized and disempowered.
I wish I could go back in time and hug that younger version of myself, and tell her that the constant anxiety, doubt, and feelings of low self-worth were all a product of her thoughts, and she has complete and total power to change them.
After college, I spent the first 8 years of my professional career working in jobs that I thought sounded “cool,” but didn’t light me up whatsoever on the inside. They just weren’t aligned with my purpose – which I hadn’t uncovered yet, because I didn’t realize that I was allowed to be something that wasn’t taught in my years of schooling.
I was so out of alignment that I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning, and I’d come home from work frustrated or crying. The saddest part is that I thought that was all completely normal, until I finally had a moment of clarity.
What was it that served as the catalyst for me to jump from my “safe” career in the corporate world to starting my own biz, you ask? Consistently practicing yoga.
It was the first thing that truly taught me about mindfulness, relieved my anxiety, connected me to my body, improved my feelings of self-worth, introduced me to a form of spirituality that I could relate to, and gave me a sense of community.
With every class, I could feel my brain rewiring – defaulting more and more to positive thought patterns in favor of my old, moldy ones.
For the first time in my life, I connected to my intuition and experienced clarity. Once I got a taste, there was no turning back.
In an effort to encourage myself to continue practicing mindfulness, choosing nourishing foods, protecting my energy, and staying on my new path, I created a personal mantra that I’d repeat to myself before making most decisions, “do your future self a favor” (which has now made itself available for anyone who resonates via my brand tagline).
It was the perfect tool to remind me to stay in alignment and anchor back into my newfound intentions when I got off track.
I started doing lots of research and enrolling in courses that lit me up – a health coach training program, an online biz course, mindfulness meditation training, and lots of other fun things. It was one of the first times I’d ever been really psyched about learning.
The more I learned, the more I became hyper-aware of the toxins in our everyday lives – in every type of product you can imagine: personal care, cleaning, wellness, and, of course, our food and water. Not to mention the toxins that come in the form of chronic negative emotions (did you know they actually negatively affect the behavior of our cells?).
As I started detoxifying each area of my life I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, wondering how I was going to coach people through the complex world of toxins. I’m obsessed with simplicity, and it didn’t seem like there was a simple solution. That was, until I found essential oils – the magic bullet for detoxing your world – from your bod, to your mind, to your spirit, to your home.
I can’t imagine living without them now – and I teach people about them 1:1 and in groups every chance I get. The shifts I’ve seen in clients, friends, and fam using these little bottles of plant magic are incredible. Mama nature knows what’s up.
I used to find that connecting with others was challenging and anxiety-inducing – I was so wrapped up in the way people were perceiving me that I had no mental space left to just be authentically myself. Now, I crave it (but in doses – I’m an extroverted introvert, after all).
When it came to connecting with myself, my mind was so busy obsessing over the past and future that it felt like I was spending practically zero time in the present. Luckily, consistent mindfulness practices and yoga were the keys to flipping that on its head.
The more I practice mindfulness, non-judgement, and non-attachment, the easier connecting (with myself and others) gets.
Once you’re connected with your truth, your ego’s nagging and insecurities are able to fade into the background. It’s a beautiful thing.
Truly listening to people and making them feel seen and heard lights me up. It’s medicine for the world. I want every single person to know they’re capable of anything, that they have their own brand of incredibly valuable gifts to share, and that they have the power to take control of their own health and happiness.
True connection (in all forms) = personal empowerment, and what’s better than that?
Our connection to something larger than ourselves – the Universe, the Divine, Source, God, Cookie Monster, whatever you want to call it – is key to living a deeply meaningful, joyful life. It allows us to consciously co-create what we desire.
I’m so lit up by learning and practicing different ways to turbocharge my life experience by working with the interconnectedness of all things. And empowering others with those practices to create positive change for themselves is my absolute jam.
Another way I love to co-create? With my tribe. Those peeps I’ve found over the course of my journey who just get it. We may have different superpowers and purposes, but we’re all dedicated to challenging the status quo and finding ways to make life even more meaningful.
We’re meant to be part of a community, we don’t have to feel lonely and go it alone – and the magic that’s created when you find people who match your vibe, who are committed to consciously creating change, is incredibly fulfilling.
