I’m on a mission to help you detoxify your mind, body + spirit by living mindfully. I’m all about embracing a high-vibe, holistic lifestyle.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Essential Oils Wellness Advocate, and Certified Yin Yoga + Meditation Teacher I help women systematically simplify and detoxify their lives through my love of mindfulness practices and toxin-free living.

I’m passionate about helping people connect with intentions, align them with actions, and get rid of the things that weigh them down. It’s about stripping everything back to basics, and choosing to focus in on what really matters.

Banish the Bully:

I’m on a mission to help you silence that ruthless bully in the back of your head that thrives on surrounding you with doubts until you finally throw in the towel and succumb to self sabotage.

You know that bully. You know her well. (I know her, too.) The one who is constantly comparing you to others, and making you believe crazy things like:

“I’m too busy to take care of myself.”

“I’m not worthy of an amazing life.”

“I’ll never be as happy/healthy/beautiful as so-and-so.”

“I need X, Y, or Z before I’ll be ready to make a change.”

“I’ll start tomorrow.”

Don’t let overwhelm or fear stop you from starting. That bully in your head has no idea what you’re really made of. YOU are freaking amazing. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

It’s time to banish all of the BS and start living like you mean it.

Believe it or not, everything you need to live your happiest and healthiest life is inside of you. For real. And I’m here to prove it.

Practice Self Love:

I know this because I haven’t always been a kombucha-loving, chia-seed-eating, namaste-ing yogi. I spent a good portion of my life as a chronically insecure party girl, constantly worried about what other people thought of me, comparing my life to others (which lead to a lot of jealousy and negativity), and overindulging in toxic food and booze.

I was incredibly reckless with my most valuable possessions: my mind and body.

On the outside I looked like I had it all together, but inside I felt lost, disconnected from my body, anxiety-ridden, and was trying my hardest to tune out my inner voice that was screaming for change – my inner voice that knew that I wasn’t living as my authentic self.

I gave away my personal power to others.

I looked to external sources to dictate my happiness.

I got caught up in a vicious cycle of self sabotage.

I let my internal bully get the best of me in a major way.

Something inside of me has always known that I had so much more to give, grow, and learn – and I frequently had flashes of clarity and purpose – but it was so much easier to give into resistance and stay put, rather than starting down the daunting path of self transformation.

Finally, one day my subconscious did a 360 and let my inner wisdom take the wheel – I knew deep down that I was ready for real change this time. I started pushing through the resistance. It felt scary, but AMAZING!

I stopped exercising sporadically and started practicing yoga on a regular basis – which flipped my thought patterns upside down. I learned to look inside to find my source of strength, trust (and more importantly hear) my intuition, feel gratitude for things I had commonly taken for granted, and find balance in the moment.

These subtle shifts had a domino effect: I started communicating more honestly with friends and family, stopped looking to others for approval, and was naturally drawn towards real, whole foods that increased the positive, energetic, feel-good vibes that were flowing through me.

Once I got my mind in check, everything else began to fall into place. I learned to spend more time practicing self love and kindness – and less time using my old, tired excuses and habits as a crutch.

Instead of stalling and putting things off until “tomorrow” (tomorrow never comes, by the way) – I kept moving forward, putting one foot in front of the other, taking consistent steps towards health and happiness. My personal mantra became “do your future self a favor” – which I repeat silently to myself when deciding about almost everything. It has helped guide many a healthy choice – and propel me forward with purpose.

Live with Intention:

I’ve always had a knack for listening to people’s concerns and lasering in on the root of their problem (even when I wasn’t willing to do so for myself) – helping them mentally sift through their thoughts and uncover the true meaning and motivation behind them.

Helping others reveal their blockages and creating personalized action plans for positive change is what makes me tick. It lights a fire inside of me because I know that everyone deserves to live a life that they’re absolutely in love with – a life of clarity, authenticity, joy, and all-out wellness.

Yes, YOU deserve to live a life that you love. You better believe it.
