everything we need

Humans who forget their innate inseparability from nature devolve into some of the least intelligent forms of life.

They lose connection to who they truly, essentially are - and how life ebbs and flows.

They become blind to the never-ending creative genius of aliveness.

They see all as separate beings, instead of dazzling fractals of one beautiful whole.

They sing a disharmonic melody, out of tune with the frequency of the heart.

They use tools like control and fear to encourage others to forget their true nature, too.

They stop hearing or honoring their inner wisdom, because outer approval doesn’t live there.

But outer approval isn’t a nutrient, a form of nourishment, for anything in nature - including humans.

And when it’s sought in an attempt to make us feel whole - it becomes a toxin.

There is nothing that can make us more whole than we already are - and stepping outside with our senses switched on is the first way to remember.

Bare feet rooting into the earth, fresh air filling our lungs, harmonies of wind and birds and rustling leaves delighting our ears, eyes awed by the array of textures and colors, skin kissed by the big, glowing orb in the sky.

Anointed by nature, we remember our simple truth: everything we need is always right here.
