i have this thing with walks

I have this thing with walks. To me, they’re less about exercise and more about infusing my body with aliveness. Being present with the flow of energies, my breath, my senses. ⁣

It’s like a spiritual practice more than anything else, because I’ve never ended a walk in nature in a lower vibrational state than when I started. It’s a guaranteed energetic elevation. ⁣

The more I bring the life force within and around me into focus while I place one foot in front of the other, the better I feel, the more gratitude I generate, and the more flow and synchronicities I experience throughout the rest of my day. ⁣

The less I focus on “getting somewhere” or achieving something, the more the beauty all around me reveals itself. The more I stop in my tracks to admire, and smile, and receive the medicine of the moment. The more I smell the blooming flowers on the breeze, and hear the songs of the sweet little birdies in the trees. ⁣

Though I don’t come home with any new material possessions (other than the odd wildflower or rock or shell) I return infinitely richer than when I left. A moving meditation and a portal for manifestation, all in one. ⁣
